I'm renting a small room with an en-suite bathroom, located on the ground floor of my house. The kitchen and living room, also on the ground floor, are shared spaces. A contribution to cleaning these rooms is required. My own bedroom and bathroom are upstairs.
The house is pleasant, enjoys a southern exposure, is equipped with a wood-burning stove, and has a small garden. I have a cat, but it doesn't have access to the bedrooms.
Crest, the countryside, and the banks of the Drôme are easily accessible by bike.
