Located right next to the underground, on a quiet street at the entrance to the Puces de Saint-Ouen area and a 20-minute walk from the Sacré-Cœur, this townhouse is set within a converted former industrial building across three levels: - Ground floor: two 10 m² bedrooms with their own bathroom and separate toilet. One of these bedrooms is offered for rent here. The other is occupied every other week by our 14-year-old daughter, who has a quiet temperament. A laundry room is also on this level. - First floor: a 55 m² open-plan living area in a loft style with a large kitchen, dining room, and lounge opening onto a 19 m² terrace. - Second floor: master bedroom and the bedroom of our youngest, aged 2. On all floors: two cats (one timid and one very affectionate). If you are allergic, we are not the best home for you. Kindness and inclusivity are essential. Creative minds are encouraged to express themselves. Those who prefer discretion will always have their space respected.
