I'm offering a room in a shared apartment (for a young professional or a serious student with a VISALE guarantee). It's a fully furnished apartment.
The apartment is located in Drancy, in the La Muette district, a 2-minute walk from Avenue de Henri Barbusse, the city's main avenue, where you have access to shops, banks, a post office, pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants. Bus: line 151 – a 2-minute walk, line 248 which takes you to Drancy train station – a 4-minute walk. The train station is also accessible on foot in less than 15 minutes.
The residence is private and has an automatic gate entrance. A large green space with numerous gardens is available. Free parking is available within the residence. The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor (without an elevator) of a very well-maintained condominium.
