The apartment is located in Drancy, in the La Muette district, a 2-minute walk from Avenue Henri Barbusse, the town's main avenue, where you have access to shops, banks, the post office, pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants. Buses: line 151 – 2-minute walk, line 248 which takes you to Drancy train station – 4-minute walk. The train station is also within walking distance, less than 15 minutes.
The private residence has an automatic gate entrance. A large green space with numerous gardens is available. Free parking is available within the residence. The apartment is on the 4th and top floor (no elevator) of a very well-maintained building.
