I rent on the garden level of my house a spacious, nicely furnished room with independent access. Independent and private toilet. Access to a large bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine. The use of the shower cubicle is private. Access to a well-equipped eat-in kitchen: dishes, microwave, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, pressure cooker, yogurt maker, dishwasher, hotplates.
The rental is all charges included: electricity, heating.
