Room in a 50m2 apartment

Shared accommodation on a human scale, there are only 2 rooms to rent, one already occupied by a young man IT specialist.

The remaining room is a spacious 19m2 room, with television and box. Charges, including electricity, are included.

The apartment is well located, just 15 minutes by public transport from the universities of Villetaneuse and Saint-Denis.

All amenities are nearby. In the street of the residence, you will find a bank, the post office, a butcher, the town hall, a tobacconist, a bazaar, restaurants, a Franprix and a pharmacy just downstairs.

Pierrefitte-Stains train station is accessible in 10 minutes on foot, and the Pierrefitte town hall tram in 5 minutes.

It is possible to obtain a parking space (40€ per month).

I am preferably looking for a year-round tenant, because as a student nurse, I do not have the time to make frequent visits and manage regular check-ins and check-outs. That's why I prefer someone stable.
