Hello,I am renting a room in a two-bedroom flat, separated by the bathroom. The area is quiet, close to two T3 tram stops going to Part-Dieu train station. The flat is also near the city centre, a supermarket, access to the Rocade Est and A432 motorways, as well as the football stadium and the LDLC ARENA. There is a parking space on the street, which is lit at night.This is my home, so I live here. The room I am letting provides access to the shared bathroom.I always keep my flat clean.I own two very sociable female cats.
