House in a quiet housing estate, 16 m2 room on the 1st floor.
Low electromagnetic field levels in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the room's desk. If needed, I can show the tenant how to activate Wi-Fi on the router.
5G is not permitted, only 4G.
When the tenant goes to bed, they are requested to put their mobile phone in airplane mode and turn off Wi-Fi if enabled :)

Thank you Corinne for everything, my room was perfect and Corinne was helpful about any issue. It took me 30mins to get to Paris-Saclay from the house(with a bus). I had all the thing i needed in the kitchen and bathroom. My stay was calm, cozy and full of joy.
