Room – Pessac/Talence
House close to the universities in Talence. A spacious and quiet house with a garden, birdsong, and a fireplace for the winter. Two rooms are already let, one to Maelys, 20, a student athlete, and the other to Aliénor, 19, a Sciences Po student. The largest room is available and has a private veranda. It is east-facing, bright, with wooden flooring and is furnished. All bills included: water, electricity, gas, heating, Wi-Fi... Housing benefit accepted.
The 'Arts et Métiers' stop for tram line B is an 8-minute walk away. I'm Sylvie, the host, and I also live in the house from time to time as I have another home in the Dordogne.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. A calm atmosphere... but with good food and laughter!
