I live in a spacious flat which consists of four rooms: a kitchen and a living room, an office, my own bedroom, and another bedroom that I wish to rent out. This flat is located in a four-storey building in the city centre, in a pedestrian area, close to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the ferry terminal. This building houses two businesses that share the ground floor and the first floor, as well as offices and an activity centre (yoga, dance, music) on the second floor. On the third floor, there are four flats and there are two more on the fourth. The pedestrian area is pleasant and quiet, sometimes a little lively in the evenings. A small market selling local produce takes place every day except Monday, and a large market is held every week. The bedroom is quite large, quiet, and has a 1.60-metre bed. Its window overlooks an internal courtyard.
