Located in the heart of Ainay, near Place Carnot and the Ampère metro station, the 90 m² apartment features herringbone parquet flooring and two marble fireplaces. Furnished, it comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, and ceramic hob. Plenty of storage space is available in the living room and the hallway. The room is offered with a bed, desk, and storage cupboards. Large shared walk-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. Large living area with a U-shaped sofa and large TV. Ideal for a foreign student or Erasmus student.
Important note: I have a French Bulldog (she is adorable and does not bark). I am passionate about cinema and video games (I have a PS5). I also enjoy sharing good times over a drink or a nice meal. Very open-minded, I am LGBTQIA+ friendly.
