We are looking for a young, active roommate or student, who is attentive and eager to share their living space. We are young and dynamic, aged between 25 and 33. The bedroom, approximately 20 m², has plenty of storage space, a desk, and a 160 cm bed. It is tastefully decorated, just like the rest of the house, which has been completely renovated. The house also includes a 34 m² living room, a 9 m² fully equipped kitchen, and a 13 m² bathroom with a shower and bathtub, double sink, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. A small garden and terrace allow you to enjoy the summer. The beach and the city center are a 10-minute walk away. The rent includes all charges: water, internet, and electricity.
