Hello everyone,

A 12 m² room is available on the first floor of our lively international shared house, Arsène Lupin.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, about a ten-minute walk from the Versailles Rive Droite train station and twenty minutes from the Palace of Versailles. The Parly 2 shopping center is also nearby. Amenities include:

- A terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun.

- A summer garden for growing your favorite fruits and vegetables, as well as a winter garden for enjoying al fresco dining year-round.

- An Arsène Lupin-themed lounge with a selection of books.

- A communal kitchen for sharing meals.

Currently, the house has five residents: Kristina (34 years old), Alexandre (35 years old), Olivier (48 years old), Cyril (50 years old), and Vanessa (47 years old).
