Room in large bright and warm roommate (Lyon - 69003)

📍The apartment is ideally located in the 3rd arrondissement, in a quiet area, between Place Voltaire and Place Guichard, close to shops. It is 5 minutes from metro B, 10 minutes on foot from metro D and Part Dieu station, 10 minutes from the banks of the Rhône, near the T1 tram, 3 Vélov stations. We are pretty quickly everywhere in Lyon in less than 20 minutes by bike. It is on the top floor of a building with an elevator and has been recently redone.

🏠 The apartment includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs, and large common areas, consisting of an equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, extractor, oven, washing machine) overlooking a large living room with overhead projector, many plants and still not enough posters for our taste.
We are also lucky to have a cozy little corner thanks to a mezzanine under the roof ideal for chilling (not in summer unless you like saunas) or welcoming people.
