Located in the centre of the village of Chanas, on the heights, near the church, in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. (Away from the motorway noise!!!)
5 minutes by car from the Green 7 shopping area and 15 minutes from the Salaise industrial zone.
The bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the house from the two other bedrooms occupied by the host.
The room is brand new, as it was created by converting the garage into living space this summer.
Access is via the shared kitchen.
A private shower room with a toilet, adjacent to the bedroom, will be completed by the end of 2026. In the meantime, these facilities will be shared. Only the kitchen will remain shared.
The bedroom features a large bay window with an electric shutter.
A wardrobe is located between the future shower room and the bedroom.
The bedroom is fully furnished: 140x200 BZ sofa bed, desk, TV, mirror, and cube storage units.
Access to the garden is unrestricted. A parking space is provided.
