Hello, I am offering a room in a shared housing arrangement in my 66 m² two-bedroom flat located in La Seyne-sur-Mer. The flat is in a residential complex with private parking and is on the first floor (no lift). You will have access to the bathroom, toilets, living room, kitchen, and a cellar. The room is equipped with a new double bed (king-size mattress). You are welcome to furnish and decorate it as you wish, provided that no structural work or permanent changes are made (no painting, etc.). Close by: shops (pharmacy, newsagent, etc.), a doctor, and a shuttle to Toulon, which is a 15-minute walk away. Everything is within easy reach. I am the host and I am 26 years old. As I am away regularly, I am offering this room at an affordable price rather than a traditional rental. You can choose to stay for a few months, or just for a few nights to get a feel for it before extending if necessary! Looking forward to hearing from you!
