I am offering a comfortable room on the first floor of my house. Parking space is available within the secure residence, which has CCTV and a caretaker. Contracts are offered for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months for professional assignments. The deposit will be refunded after the inventory check upon departure.The bathroom and separate WC are to be shared with another tenant housed on the same floor. The kitchen and washing machine are located on the ground floor of the villa. I provide bed linen, bath and table linen, kitchen towels, and all household cleaning products.Tasteful decor and a warm welcome are assured. Expect absolute charm and tranquillity, with everything close by. Shops and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk away. Cannes town centre is a 15-minute drive or accessible via bus number 10.The villa is located in a residence named « Le Village », featuring Provençal architecture, in the heart of the « Parc Naturel Protégé de la Croix des Gardes » (80 hectares at the foot of the residence).
