Contracts are offered for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months for professional assignments. The deposit will be refunded after the inventory check upon departure.The bathroom and separate WC are to be shared with another tenant housed on the same floor. The kitchen and washing machine are located on the ground floor of the villa.
