My children have moved out, so I'm renting out two furnished rooms in my apartment.
The rooms are quite spacious, approximately 13 to 15 square meters, with closets and a table. The first room has a single bed, ample storage, a balcony, and a private sink in the adjoining room, which also serves as a laundry room and storage area. The second room has a double bed (140 cm).
The rooms overlook the living area, which may not be suitable for those sensitive to noise. The apartment is very well located for public transportation, including tram line T1 and the metro, and is close to the Perrache and Part-Dieu train stations.
This offer is for short-term rentals.
Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and toilet.
