I would like to rent the guest room in my 80m² house. I am a 38-year-old working woman with normal office hours. I am looking for a student who would need a room during the week and who would return to her parents' house on the weekend. The accommodation is 1 hour by bus and metro from Lille Flandre station. The buses that pass in front of the house are the 35 and 17. The nearest metro is a 30-minute walk away (Tourcoing Centre metro). The room has a small desk, a chest of drawers, shelves, a sofa bed with a duvet and a cushion. There is also a small garden. The rooms to be shared are the living room with television, the American kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet. There are all the basic household appliances, except a dishwasher unfortunately 😞.
