This is an old apartment with parquet floors and a fireplace, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. It's on the second floor (no elevator).
It enjoys excellent public transport links, and all shops are nearby, as well as many cultural activities: exhibitions, cinemas, the two opera houses, walks along the canal or along the banks of the Seine. Everything can be done on foot in about twenty minutes. It's a great privilege and relaxing to be able to experience Paris like a village, without spending hours on public transport.
The neighborhood boasts a great social and ethnic diversity, rich in multiple languages and cuisines, much to our delight!
