Keraude is a residential neighborhood located on the outskirts of Lorient. It is about a ten-minute walk from the universities and the St. Joseph La Salle school. The nearest bus stops, also about a ten-minute walk away, are: Joseph Hénaff, Campus Sciences, and Kerguestenen.
We are a family of four (two adults and two children). During the week, there will only be three of us because our eldest child is away at boarding school. We are looking to host a student whose parents live in France, so that they can visit them during certain school holidays.
The house has all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and also benefits from a lovely garden.
