I'm renting a 10 m² room located on the ground floor of a well-located residence, across from a small shopping center with a gas station and a washing machine.
The room has a 1.10 m bed, a desk with a chair and lighting, a side table with a microwave, two nightstands, and a large closet with niches and two hanging rails.
The bathroom with a shower and sink is shared. The 13 m² kitchen is entirely reserved for tenants, who also have their own refrigerator and freezer. A coffee maker, toaster, microwave, small oven, stovetop, blender, pots, pans, etc., as well as a high table with two seats, are available.
There is an adjoining pantry where you can dry your laundry, which can be placed in the washing machine.
