The house is large and quiet, with a spacious garden. Parking is available in the courtyard or on the sidewalk. A car is essential, as bus service is very limited. Each tenant has a half-sized refrigerator and shelf space to store their food.
The bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, laundry room, and living room are shared with other tenants. Guests are asked to always keep these areas perfectly clean. For extended stays, guests are also required to contribute to the purchase of consumables (paper towels, tissues, trash bags, sponges, hygiene products, etc.).
