Description
We are offering a room in our family home for a student. The room is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a lamp, and cupboards. A meeting will be required before renting the room. In the house, you will have access to one of the three bathrooms and one of the three toilets. Free access to the living room, lounge, kitchen, and large garden. There is a dog and adult children staying every weekend. On a daily basis, only the parents will be present. Located 10 minutes from Mantes-la-Ville and Mantes-la-Jolie train stations. The train to Paris takes approximately 38 minutes. Bus number 78 passes in front of the house and serves the route between Mantes-la-Ville bus station and Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Access by car is 10 minutes from the A13 motorway. We are looking for a non-smoker. Please contact us to arrange an appointment, meet, and visit.
