12 m² room for rent for a non-smoker in a four-room flat, located on a high floor of a building in the commune of Bourg-lès-Valence. It is close to all amenities: bus, food shops, launderette, bank. The rental provides access to all rooms, except two which I reserve for when I am visiting, while also requesting that the equipment be treated with respect. The tenant will be responsible for their own shopping, preparing their meals, and cleaning their room. Bus stop in front of the building, train station 2.5 km away. Possibility of arrival and departure outside of standard hours. Please introduce yourself before making any contact. I will not respond to a message like: is it available?
