Hello,
I am a 37-year-old man, quiet and serious. I live in a three-room flat with a surface area of 64 m², which includes two bedrooms. I am offering one room for rent. This room is completely private, while the kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces. Therefore, it is a shared housing arrangement with me.
I live alone with my dog. So, it's best to be very comfortable with dogs. I have travelled a lot and feel very comfortable socially with people.
The accommodation is located a 20-minute walk from the city centre. Bus stops are nearby. Please note that there are stairs to go up or down to access the flat.

J'ai passé des mois super aver JR et son petit chien Vador. La maison et la chambre sont confortables et disposent de tout le nécessaire. La cohabitation s'est très bien passée, je me suis tout de suite sentie accueillie et à l'aise. L'emplacement est pratique et bien desservi, même pour rejoindre les quartiers les plus éloignés de la ville. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et le quartier est très calme.
J’ai passé un super séjour dans l’appartement. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant dès le début et a tout fait pour que je me sente à l’aise. La coloc était conviviale et agréable, l’ambiance toujours détendue. L’appart est propre et conforme à l’annonce. Franchement, une très bonne expérience, je recommande sans hésitation !
Appart super, coloc génial, chien adorable, et que dire de la vue…. Sublime 😍 J’ai passé 2 mois au top chez JR, il a vraiment été super sympa. Il m’a très bien accueilli, il m’a mis à l’aise très facilement, il m’a laissé le temps de m’adapter à la coloc, il était toujours très amical, et j’en passe…. Bref vraiment un comportement idéal pour un hôte ! Je ne peux que vous recommander cette colocation ❤️ Les seuls bémols que je pourrais honnêtement relever c’est : - petite volée d’escaliers pour monter mais on s’y fait vite (puis c’est ça qui donne la super vue) - Chien A-DO-RABLE mais parfois un peu turbulent (mais ça fait aussi son charme vous inquiétez pas !) En bref rien d’extraordinaire pour ces points négatifs :) Petite mention spéciale au monastère de Cimiez à 5min à pied, c’est juste sublime et hyper paisible. Parfais pour courir, se poser, lire, se balader, ….

J'ai passé un super séjour dans le logement chez Jean-René. Il met à l'aise dès votre arrivé et tout au long du séjour. Le logement est nickel et propre Un séjour très agréable et avec beaucoup de rigolade Mon coup de coeur du logement est le balcon avec la magnifique vue sur la ville de Nice avec au loin la mer. Je te remercie encore pour ce séjour au top! Je recommande à 100% !
