Close to Juan de Borbón, universities, various bus lines, the tram stop, health centre, pharmacy and banks. The flat has 2 terraces, Smart TV in all rooms and a dishwasher. Bills are not included, but Internet, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime are. Seeking formal people only. Not for long-term stays. Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Possibility of a reduced price if you do not use the accommodation every day, or of choosing the other room with a single bed. Come and see it with no obligation!
