Student room for rent in a homestay in L'Isle d'Abeau center under contract for a minimum of 6 months, girl or boy, the house is to be shared with my 45-year-old dad who is not often at home, close to Lyons (40 mins). Bus stop 3 mins walk, SNCF train station, shops, gym nearby.
The bedroom is 10m2 and is furnished with a large wall cupboard, a desk, office chair, double sofa bed. Sheets available. Wireless
The house has a kitchen and a relaxation area with TV, the bathroom and toilets are to be shared, garage for storing bicycles or scooters, garden, terrace, barbecue
