I only wish to rent the room to a young woman of age who is calm and respectful for the cohabitation.
I rent the room for the person to come and study, not for the person to receive people at my place (important).
The apartment is close to several universities and schools / shops and transportation.
The apartment and the room are extremely quiet and bright ideal for working.
