Small semi-detached villa located on the heights of Montpellier, in a quiet and very well-connected neighborhood. Access to the city center is by tram in approximately 25 minutes. Free parking and various amenities are available near the house. The villa is inhabited by two very sociable and non-invasive dogs, as well as two cats who eat their meals inside and spend most of their time outside. If the door to your room is left open during your absence, I will take care of cleaning and changing your sheets regularly. It is imperative to prepare simple meals and to keep the bathroom and toilet clean after each use. Please avoid phone conversations after midnight. Remember to include a photo on your profiles when making requests. It's a plus. Thank you.

Les 3 mois que j'ai passés chez Catherine ont été fantastiques. La maison et la chambre sont très propres et accueillantes, et le quartier est très calme. Même si j’y suis restée pendant les mois d’hiver, la maison était bien chauffée et je n’ai jamais eu froid. Catherine est très gentille et respectueuse, et ses animaux sont adorables et très sympas. Je suis très reconnaissante qu’elle ait aussi nettoyé ma chambre ! J’ai eu énormément de chance de tomber sur elle et sur cette location. Je recommande totalement. Un gros bisou et à bientôt Catherine !

I stayed for five weeks with Madame Catherine, from November 15 to December 20. During my stay, she was kind and always willing to help with anything I needed. She has two dogs and two very friendly cats, and despite that, the house was always kept clean. However, an uncomfortable situation arose at the end of my stay. I informed her that I hadn’t been able to find a ticket to leave on December 20 and that I would have to stay until the morning of December 24. Her response was blunt: she told me I couldn’t stay until that date, and that was it. I tried to negotiate for one additional night, especially since I had arrived a day later than scheduled and had been away from the house for a week, but her response was to automatically charge the extra night on Roomlala without my confirmation and to tell me that if I decided to leave, I should leave the keys in the mailbox. This made me feel very uncomfortable, and the situation became awkward, so I decided to leave on December 20 around 5 p.m. I also asked her to adjust the charge to the original agreement, but to this day, I keep receiving reminders that I owe an extra night, which is not the case. During my stay, I wasn’t allowed to use the washing machine, which generated additional expenses, and despite it being 6 degrees Celsius, I asked twice if it was possible to turn on the heating. Her only recommendation was to open the window during the day so that the sun could warm the room, something I believe should be disclosed before renting the space.

I spent 2 weeks at Catherine's home. She is such a kind person. I felt welcome and comfortable. Her house is beautiful and her pets are so sweet too. I would recommend this accommodation. It is a short walk to the tram stop and you can be in the center within 5 minutes.
