Located in Concise, the house measures 90m2 and consists of a ground floor with kitchen, living room, a bathroom with WC and the laundry room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. A garden terrace with plancha and garden table is also present.
In the house you have access to the kitchen and everything you need. We also leave you a place in the fridge. WiFi is available. A washing machine and iron are also available.
The Piles Frontaliers pier (line N2 for Lausanne) is located 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bike. You are a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Geneva and the Thonon outdoor swimming pool. The first ski resorts are less than 30 minutes away (Thollon les Mémises, Bernex). Les Portes du Soleil (Avoriaz, Les Gets, Morzine, Châtel) are 45 minutes away.
There is space to park next to the house in a free cul-de-sac.
