In 2020, I purchased this apartment located in a secure residence with keycard access and video surveillance. The apartment is nicely decorated (tastes and colors are subjective, of course), yet functional. It is equipped with a reinforced door for maximum security.
You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, which are shared with my brother (who is very friendly) and myself (who is equally friendly). I am very accommodating, so please feel free to talk to me and ask any questions. My motto is: there are no problems, only solutions.
