Magnificent apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean in a quiet and secure luxury residence. Located in the charming Boucholeurs district, 5 minutes from CIPECMA and 15 minutes from La Rochelle, we offer this apartment for shared accommodation on a student or mobility lease from October to June. Each roommate will have their own bedroom, and will have shared living spaces: an entrance, a bathroom, a large equipped kitchen open to the living room and a 13 m2 balcony. The sleeping area is well separated from the living room, allowing everyone's privacy. The apartment is fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV, WiFi, Netflix...), you just have to put down your suitcases. Each bedroom has a bed and a wardrobe. The price includes charges, water, internet, Netflix subscription. Electricity will be billed according to consumption and divided between the tenants. Swimming pool open in June.
