Simple but very clean and pleasant, in a very quiet area while being very close to all shops on foot (bakeries, grocery stores, butcher, bookstore, post office, restaurant, bar). Access to a small bathroom, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen, clean but a little "old-fashioned". Bus (frequently passes) 100 meters away with which you will reach Perrache in 15 minutes. Parking possible at the foot of the building in the residence for an additional 5 euros per night. Free parking in the surrounding streets.
