90 m2 apartment near the Marx Dormoy metro station, line 12, in Paris in the 18th arrondissement. The building has a brand new elevator, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. I live with my two children 15 days a month. The other 15 days, I am often not very present. The apartment is located in a dead end, rather quiet for Paris. The neighborhood is nice, with lots of shops a two-minute walk away. You benefit from a room of approximately 15 m2 with a view of a garden.
