I am down-to-earth and friendly, and I respect everyone's personal space. The tenant can eat in the living room or in their bedroom, provided they don't leave any food lying around. The garden offers a pleasant space. Although located in a very quiet area, the house is close to various amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop). Lines 30 and 31 take you directly to the Carrefour hypermarket or to Juan Les Pins. The furnished room has a private bathroom, including a shower and a sink. View of the interior garden of the residence from the loggia. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. The door to the bedroom has a lock. A corner of the loggia is equipped with a clothes horse reserved for the occupant. The kitchen is shared, as is the refrigerator. Bed linen is provided. Access to the washing machine is allowed once a week. We speak French, English and Spanish.

A charming room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, occupied by the host and located in a secure residence (night porter and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the train station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence are possible. Important detail: 4 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant should not be allergic to animals or any cat hair! A small detail that is not included in the list of amenities provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which is quiet), a TV, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred as I am a non-smoker myself. I should point out that the accommodation is for one person and not for a couple.
