Description
A single room or two single rooms in a self-contained annex within an old farmhouse, with a separate entrance, furnished, to be let monthly or the entire flat by agreement to clean, quiet guests. Free use of WiFi in the house. No smoking of any kind (outside on the garden patio only), no alcohol. Visitors must be registered. No overnight stays for visitors. We live upstairs in the house.
This is an old house. We keep it clean, but there is some wear and tear here and there. Simple living at an affordable price. We still ask that you live in a reasonably clean manner. The shower and WC are shared between two rooms. No joint activities are planned. We heat with wood. Parking in front of the house for use during the stay.
Washing machine and tumble dryer: CHF 5 per wash. Cleaning of the WC and hallway, as well as waste disposal and a superficial and general clean of the rooms once a week by the landlady. Kitchenette, not a full kitchen!
