Located in a quiet residence, our house is perfect for you to spend your months or years of training in Toulouse. We are a 10-minute bus ride from metro line B, as well as from Paul Sabatier University and the Faculty of Medicine.
Our house is therefore shared with you. You will, of course, have your own private room.
We have been renting for six years now, and everything has always gone well with our various tenants, who come from all over France and around the world. We can provide you with the assistance you need for your administrative procedures and other needs. The rental is eligible for APL (Agricultural Housing Allowance).
