Hello, I am offering a room for rent in my 65m² flat for a maximum duration of two months. I am prioritising short-term rentals. The room faces a courtyard, so it is quiet. Furthermore, you will have a view of the Vercors. The flat is located on the first floor and features a small balcony. You will have access to all rooms. As for me, I am 39 years old. I enjoy going out (bars, concerts) and hiking in the mountains. I am an easy-going person and I try to keep the flat reasonably tidy and clean, but I am not a perfectionist.
