Renting a furnished room of 10 m² for a high school or university student in a 85 m² T4 including a south-facing terrace, parking spaces, a garden within the residence and a garage in a luxury residence in the Châteauvert/Hautes-Faventines district.
We are a couple (teacher and speech therapist) who will live in the apartment only +/- 3/4 days during the week. In addition to the room, the rest of the apartment will therefore be completely available to the tenant in our absence, especially on weekends.
The apartment has many advantages: it is dual-aspect, quiet, secure and very bright.
The room has a double bed (140), a large desk with storage, a shelf, a floor lamp. A refrigerator and a microwave can be added if necessary.
Many services: bicycle storage, washing machine, elevator, garage and secure parking spaces.
