Description
We have three rooms available to accommodate three students in our large house with a garden and south-facing terrace in Fontenay-sous-Bois, bordering Vincennes. International students are welcome.
Each room is 15 m² and shares a bathroom with two sinks and two showers, which is shared between two students. There is another bathroom shared with our children when they are present. A separate toilet is located opposite the three bedrooms.
The house has a large living room, a dining room, and an open-plan fitted kitchen. A sink in the kitchen is for the exclusive use of the students. A refrigerator with a small freezer is also available for the exclusive use of the students in an adjoining room.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, 4 minutes from the Fontenay-sous-Bois RER A station (5 minutes from Nation, 15 minutes from Châtelet) and a 10-minute bike ride from the Château de Vincennes. Located near the woods, this spot is ideal for sports enthusiasts.
