We are a family of two adults and two children, ages 5 and 8.
We have a spare room available for rent, primarily to students or young professionals.
The room is upstairs, almost completely separate from the rest of the house, giving it a private and almost independent feel. It is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk. Air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, it's very comfortable.
The adjoining rooms are a bathroom and a toilet.
The rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, and water (within reasonable limits; any excess will be billed).
For the sake of harmonious living, everyone is responsible for cleaning the common areas.
The house is close to the Juvisy-sur-Orge and Savigny-sur-Orge train stations. (Approximately 20 minutes on foot)
Orly airport is also close to the house.

Les hôtes sont super sympas !! La maison est agréable à vivre, proche de Paris et des gares. Je recommande.
Mon séjour chez Marine s'est bien passé. Accueil, confiance et sympathie étaient au rdv. Pour le côté pratique, la maison est bien placée, non loin des grands axes de circulation mais au calme et avec une facilité de stationnement gratuit dans la rue.
Marine est vraiment super sympa ! On s'y sent comme chez sois :)
