Furnished room in a shared housing homestay – Rosemont 🌿

Private room in my apartment located in Rosemont, in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, near the Promenades Masson. Several bus lines provide easy access to various metro stations and the city centre.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, including:
- living room and balcony overlooking a green alleyway;
- equipped kitchen;
- washer/dryer;
- high-speed fibre internet;
- Electricity/Air conditioning.

The room is furnished and move-in ready. Access to all rooms and the living area for streaming.

I live on-site with Paprika 🐱, a sweet and quiet cat. You must therefore be comfortable with pets. I am looking for a calm, tidy, and respectful person for a temporary stay of 2 to 6 months. This is ideal for someone on an internship, studying, on a business trip, or in transition in Montreal.
