Description
Are you dreaming of a little haven of green peace in the heart of the city? The three bedrooms on the second floor of our manor, surrounded by its magnificent park, are to be rented separately. The rent therefore concerns one bedroom.
Each of them is at least 20 m², is very bright and has a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The kitchen area and the living room, overlooking the garden, are fully equipped.
In addition, the 14 are park is partially accessible to tenants. In the summer, a picnic and barbecue area will be available. The shed can also accommodate your bike.
We occupy the ground floor and the first floor, composed of five humans and a cat.
The rent includes all charges: water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and cleaning of the common areas.
The house is very close to shops, and a stone's throw from public transport, as well as the Parc de Forest, Parc Duden and Altitude 100.
