Room For Rent Homestay In Paris (Paris - 75006)

Hello everyone! I've been renting a room for nearly 15 years, and some of my tenants have stayed with me for between two and four years, finding it a very pleasant place. I'm welcoming and enjoy sharing with young people, who bring me a lot. As a writer, I work from home, but I don't mind the company; quite the opposite: I enjoy the conversation.

Everything is included in the rent: Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, insurance, etc. The layout of the rooms is designed so that everyone can have their own space without disturbing others. However, I cannot accommodate couples. You can invite your friends into your room or into the garden.

The apartment is located opposite the Luxembourg Gardens, a true dream.
