We are a couple who own a very large, fully equipped apartment. We offer two separate, equally equipped bedrooms for rent.
The price includes all taxes. For those requiring a parking space, covered parking is available for an additional fee, payable locally.
We are looking for quiet tenants, without pets, free of vices, well-behaved, and who value cleanliness. We offer and expect respect and courtesy in return.
