The apartment is made up of a living/dining room, kitchen, with three bedrooms: mine (it mainly serves as storage for personal belongings, I only come once or twice a year for a night or when you ask me to come because I work 300 km away and my partner lives abroad so I am almost no longer in Montelimar), Nolwenn's room, and the third room which will be available from October.
Wifi access (fiber). It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) which offers a transverse view of the drome and the Ardèche. The 10 m² bedroom has a double bed and a storage unit for clothes.
The apartment is located near the southern area of Montélimar. Bus line 1 minute walk away which takes you to the city center. Private parking shared with the co-ownership. Medium store (leader price, lidl) 3 minutes walk as well as several restaurants.
