Mon séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Cependant, prévoyez un budget machine à laver et sac poubelles ! En effet ce n'est pas dit dans l'annonce mais la machine est à 4€ et il faut acheter un rouleau de sac poubelles à 14€. Bien que le loyer ne soit pas donner, pour un séjour de 3 mois et demi j'ai quand même déboursé 74€ supplémentaire pour ces dépenses que je n'avais pas prévu... La caution de 700€ est également à verser en intégralité au début du séjour. La propreté des espaces communs laisse à désirer, c'est un locataire qui a pris une après-midi pour nettoyer en profondeur la cuisine par ce que c'était vraiment catastrophique, la vaisselle était sale, les placards également. Il y a fréquemment des invasions de grosses mouches. Aussi, il y a des problèmes de fuites d'eau dans les espaces communs lorsque l'on prend une douche. Il y a également eu un problème de souris pendant mon séjour mais il a vite été réglé. Pierre essaie de régler assez vite les différents problèmes qu'il peut y avoir dans la maison. La chambre elle, était propre à mon arrivé. En cas de désaccord ou petit "conflit" avec lui, il n'hésitera pas à vous envoyer un message whatsapp incendiaire et à vous faire grand part de son mécontentement (même si vous rester tout à fait cordial et dans une optique de compromis !).
