Description
Hi! I have a room available in a charming village house in Lauris, located close to several points of interest in the region: Lourmarin, Pertuis, Aix, Apt, Avignon and ITER. You would be sharing the house with Séverine, who occupies the other room. It is the perfect place for a temporary work placement, a seasonal stay, for a student or for working remotely under the Luberon sun. The house is equipped with two bedrooms with double beds, two living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with toilets. As a bonus, a small terrace has been set up to enjoy the sun. It offers two heating methods: - A wood-burning insert which heats the ground floor and both bedrooms - Recent, programmable electric radiators to heat during off-peak hours. The house is located in a quiet, pedestrian-only alley, just a few minutes' walk from the lively village centre.
