The room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, as well as a desk and chair. Access to shared spaces is included.
Bills include: water, electricity, gas, building service charges, refuse tax, unlimited Wi-Fi, and cleaning once or twice a month (common areas only).
Close to all amenities: shops, theatre, cinema, library, pharmacy, etc. Ideally located near transport: a 10-minute walk from Mairie d'Aubervilliers metro station (line 12) and a 10-minute walk from the Aubervilliers RER B station. Direct access to Châtelet and Roissy CDG.
