I'm looking for a female roommate only. The building is new, located in Saint-Hyacinthe, right behind the Valentine.
A $150 deposit will be required and returned at the end of the tenancy.
The room does not have a closet.
Nearby amenities include a pharmacy, grocery store, Giant Tiger, restaurant, bus stop, and a gym a little further away.
The apartment is very close to the waterfront, which is perfect for walks.
As a roommate, you will have access to:

- all rooms in the apartment, except my bedroom, including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom;

- Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Crave;

- everything in the kitchen;

- the room is unfurnished;

- internet and electricity are included;

- Dedicated storage in the bathroom and kitchen;

- A dishwasher, so no need to worry about washing up.
